This video was more just a reason to get in the gym and film something. I was pretty worn out the night this was filmed but managed to pull it together. But on that topic learn to listen to your body and there’s those days when, for what ever reason, you might just be too tired or not able to zone in. it’s better to walk away than force it – that’s when you will end up hurting yourself.
Guy always comment on my massive GUNS and ask how I train them. Leave your ego in the chain rooms and lower the weight and concentrate on fully extending and contracting the bicep muscle, isolating it from the rest of the body. Guys are always, “Oh yea, yea, I do that already!” Then I get them to show me and they have no FKIN clue. If it was that easy you’d all be walking around with GUNS as big as me.
