I’ve always kept back exercises pretty basic. Wide grip and V-bar pull downs, cable or DB rows, sometimes bent over BB row or bent over V-bar row. Chin ups – over grip – the way a bodybuilder does them not a sissy. Well, they’re the basics for me and sometimes I add isolating exercises to target certain sections. Normally I do back on its own, sometimes with tris and if I’m running outta days in the week I’ll throw em with hammies.
OR superset back and tits together. One day try that out, hit them hard, heavy and quick. One exercise per body part and cause you’re working opposite muscles you can plough through the workout with little to no rest. If you’re not fucked by the end of this you ain’t activating the muscles your working.
