Its no secret I’m obsessed with getting MASSIVE delts and calfs. I often train delts twice a week focusing one session mainly on mid-delts by doing a shit-load of different lateral exercises as I do in this video. Throwing in some barbell shoulder press to go heavy and hard. I stop when I can’t raise my arms any more.

RIP LEGEND George Michael. Our xmas wishes go out to u and ur loved ones. I can’t tell u how many times I played Faith and how obsessed I was with Listen Without Prejudice. As a teen I went through some lonely, confused and hurtful times but I always had movies, books and music to get me through any dark times and this mans music touched me more than any other male artist during those years.
