Chest and Tris at MBS 2019

This year I am training harder by doing less exercises and focussing on the few exercises I am doing. Also adding a lot of super sets and drop sets. You see me apply this to my pecs and tris in the workout.

CHEST and TRIS PROGRAM:

Chest

4 x Drop Set
Machine Press normal grip x of 10-15 reps
Machine Press Wide outer grip x to failure

3 x Tri-set
Machine Incline Press
Both arms x of 10-15 reps
(drop the weight)
Single arm x of 10 reps

Smith Machine Incline Press
4 sets x of 10-15 reps
1 set x 6 full range reps into 6 half range reps into 6 full range reps.

Tris

Close Grip Bench Press
3 sets x of to failure

3 x Superset
Lying Barbell Extensions x of 10-15 reps
Close Grip Barbell Press x to failure

Cable Bent Over One Arm Kick Backs
3 sets x of 15-20 reps
