In this video when I do Wide Grip Pull Downs I’m still activating my traps rather than my lats. The posture was correct the execution wasn’t, for some reason I have always struggled to get a good mind muscle connection with my lats.

3-5 sets x of 10-15 reps
One Arm Dumbbell Row
3-5 sets x of 10-15 reps
Smith Machine Bent Over Row
3-5 sets x of 10-15 reps
Here is a great example of how you can have perfect posture and technique but that does not mean you are actually working the muscle you are trying to work. I have since taught myself through trial and error how to activate my lats.
