To get GUNZ like me you need to leave your ego in the change rooms, lower the weight, and concentrate on fully extending and contracting the bicep muscle, isolating it from the rest of the body.
BICEP PROGRAM
Barbell Curls
3 sets x of 12 reps
Machine Preacher Curls
3 sets x of 8-12 reps
Cable Ezy Bar Curls
3 sets x of 15-20 reps or to failure
Weather you are doing heavy weight and low reps or lighter weight and high reps, make each ‘SINGLE’ rep count. Like it’s the only rep you are doing.
