2015 WORLDS GYM in KOH SAMUI – TITS

You will notice I do a lot of incline chest exercises in my tit work outs, this is because my weak area is my upper chest and you should always target your weak spots. Even when I do flat press or machine bench or flys I am always focusing on my upper pecs and making sure they are extending and contracting with every single rep!

CHEST PROGRAM:

Hanging Leg Raises (for Abs)
3 sets x to failure

Incline Dumbbell Press
4-5 sets x of 8 sets (going up in weight every set)

High Cable Flys
3 sets x of 10-15 reps

Incline Bench Press
4-5 sets x of 10-15 reps

In this video I start to do Cable Flys but I feel it in my shoulders more so I had to stop and move to a different exercise. Listen to your body and if an exercise isn’t working for you, change it.
