ROGAN hits BIS 2010
I get heaps of requests to show off my GUNS and you don’t need to ask twice! Here I hit them at the gym until they’re about to pop out of my skin. In between each set I can’t help but show them off and pose for the camera while indulging in my trademark banter…
BICEP PROGRAM:
Alternate Dumbbell Curls
3-4 sets x of 20 reps (10 reps/arm)
High Cable Flexes
3-4 sets x to failure
Here’s a good example of quality over quantity. Doing 2-3 exercises for my arm muscles, concentrating on complete muscle activation and control, not weight.
