PECS with GREG MOXHAM 2014
SKIPPY and I went to Perth for a “working holiday and hit the iron at Omara gym where my mate Greg Moxham was coaching. He agreed to put me and Skip through a massive Pec workout that left us both sore and exhausted by the end.
But not too sore to stop us from throwing on some posing trunks and hitting some flexes to show of our pumped bodies!

CHEST PROGRAM:
Smith Machine Incline Press
3-4 sets (increasing weight each set) x of 6-12 reps
Cable Press
3-4sets x of 15-20 reps
Incline Dumbbell Low Flys
3 sets x of 10-15reps
3 x Tri set
Cable Flys
Low x of 10 reps
Medium x of 10 reps
High x of 10 reps
Whenever given the opportunity to train with another advanced bodybuilder or coach, you should take it. You may not agree with everything they show you, but I guarantee you will learn something new.
