LATE NIGHT PECS’N’PLAY
It’s past midnight and I couldn’t find a root* so I decided to channel my insatiable testosterone into a PECS workout. Everyone knows I am ALL about my #PECPUPPIES and love pumping them up thick and massive and showing them off to you guys! There’s no disappointing here, I’m topless within seconds, flexing within minutes and then… NAKED!?
*Root; Aussie slang for a “fuck”.
CHEST PROGRAM:
Machine Fly
2 sets x of 15-20 reps
into 20 pump reps (doesn’t use full range of motion)
Bench Press
5 sets x of 10-15 reps
Dips
2 sets x of 20-30 reps
Any good bodybuilding gym will have good mirrors. Bodybuilders use mirrors to monitor their technique, help focus on the muscle they’re working and inspire them selves to train harder. There’s no better inspiration than seeing the muscle you are working pump up as you work it. Don’t shy away from mirrors.
