2015 WORLDS GYM in KOH SAMUI – BACK
I FKIN LOV this island, the people and this gym. I have been here for 3 workout holidays now and can’t wait to get back there! There’s nothing better than training in only shorts, sweat pouring off your pumped body, where there’s noting to do but eat, shit, sleep and train. (And fuck if you’re there with a root!) I recommend this place to anyone and everyone.
BACK PROGRAM:
Cable Rope Pullovers
3 sets x of 15-20 reps
Chin Ups
30 reps (How many sets it takes to reach 30 reps)
Parallel Grip Pull Downs
3-4 sets x of 10-15 reps
V Bar Pull Downs
3-4 sets x of 10-15 reps
Chin Ups are an important exercise to include in your back workout. Try doing 30 reps with as many sets as it takes to reach that 30 every back workout.
