CHEST with MOLLOY FITNESS 2016

I have said before, with bodybuilding, you never know enough to know everything. You’re body will always respond to new stimuli best so training completely different than you are used to will hit your muscles hard and inspire massive growth.

CHEST PROGRAM:

4 x Pyramid
Bench Press
Pyramid down 10 times (starting at 10 reps to 1 rep)

Incline Cable Flys
4 sets x to failure

3 x Pyramid
Dips
Pyramid down 5 times (starting at 5 reps down to 1 rep)

Of course I had played with drop sets and pyrimads in the past but I had never used them with the intensity and volume that MOLLOY FITNESS made me. You can see in this video how huge my pecs pump up from the beginning to the end where they’re bursting outta my skin.
