TRICEP PROGRAM:
Cable Bar Push Downs
3 sets x of 15-20 reps
Cable Rope Push Downs
3 sets x of 10-15 reps
1 set drop set 10-15 reps
Cable Reverse Grip Push Downs
3 sets x of 15-20 reps
*At the end of this video I do Push Downs using a V-Bar. I’ve seen a few bodybuilders do this and wanted to try it out. I didn’t like it. It seemed to place stress on my wrist more than anything so I stoped doing it.
