ARMS at RISEFIT 2017
It’s been exactly one year and a few kilos heavier since GREG MOXHAM owner and coach at RISEFIT in Perth took me through a arms workout.
This time he smashes me balancing high volume and weight to pump my guns up!

ARMS PROGRAM:
Triceps
Close Grip Bench Press
3 sets x of 10-15 reps
Lying Barbell Extensions
4 sets x of 8-12 reps
Cable Cross Over One Arm Pushdowns
3 sets of 15-20 reps
Biceps
Incline Barbell Curls (lying face down on the bench)
3 sets x of 10-15 reps
Dumbbell Hammer Curls
4 sets x of 10-15 reps (raising weight)
High Cable Flexes
3 sets to failure (around 10-15 reps)
The key to high volume training is to train like an animal, BUT don’t over train.
