BICEPS at MUSCLE BULL GYM 2016

As I say I this video, the judges of my first bodybuilding comp earlier this year, that I won, said my weakest body part was my “Guns”. In London at MUSCLE BULL GYM I’m rectifying this by literally SMASHING the SHIT outta my Biceps. By the end they’re so pumped I can’t bend my arms.

BICEP PROGRAM:

Alternating Dumbbell Curl
3 sets x of 10-15 reps each arm

Straight Barbell Curl
1 x drop set x of 10 reps (dropping weight 3 times)

Low Cable Concentration Curls
2 sets x to failure (one or both arms)

1 x Tri Set
Cable Ezy Bar Curls
Wide Grip x of 10-15 reps
Close Grip x of 10-15 reps
Over Grip x to failure (drop weight)

Cable One Arm Hammer Curls (across chest)
x of 4-5 sets to failure

I have a lot of Arm programs cause they are what I get asked about the most BUT remember you work your biceps every time you train back, and you work your triceps every time you train chest.
