Every now and then I throw in a big high volume superset when training any muscle group. In this video I throw in 3 supersets targeting upper, mid-overall and lower pecs. By the end of it my chest is about to burst outta my skin and I am truly FKED! But not enough to stop me stripping down to my jock strap and hitting a few poses…

CHEST PROGRAM:
3 x Upper Chest Super Set
Low Cable Flys x of 20 reps
Incline Bench Press x of 10 reps
Incline Dumbbell Flys x of 10 reps
Incline Dumbbell Press x of 10 reps
3 x Mid-Overall Chest
Mid Cable Flys x of 20 reps
Flat Dumbbell Flys x of 10 reps
Flat Dumbbell Press x of 10 reps
Push Ups x of 10 reps
3 x Lower Chest
High Cable Flys x of 20 reps
Dips to failure
This program is high intensity. Even though the weight isn’t heavy the volume is high. Be careful when doing this kind of training that you don’t allow fatigue to encourage bad technique.
