DELTS at OASIS FITNESS 2015

I’m obsessed with getting massive BOULDER SHOULDERS (and inappropriately huge calf’s) like cartoon super heroes. I was really tired the night I shot this video and I talk a lot of shit, but I still grabbed my camera and hit my delts hard and filmed it for you guys.

DELTS PROGRAM:

Seated Dumbbell Lateral Raises
3-4 sets x of 15-20 reps

Seated Barbell Press
3 sets x of 10-15 reps

Dumbbell Lateral Raises
3-4 sets x of 15-20 reps
