DELTS PROGRAM:

Arnie Press
3 sets x of 10-15 reps

Standing Barbell Press
3 – 4 sets x of 10-15 reps

One Arm Barbell Lateral Raises
2 sets x of 15-20 reps

One Arm Cable Rear Delts
3-4 sets x of 10-15 reps

Even the biggest muscle monster can use some external motivation, which is why I always take the opportunity to get coached by other bodybuilders I respect.
