MOLLOY and I smash out a arms cable workout, super setting 2 exercises for TRIS and BIS. The emphasis is on volume but because we are also super setting between each other that allows a rest period so we can increase the weight heavier than if we were doing this style of training on our own.

ARMS PROGRAM:

4 x Bis & Tris 4 exercise Super set
Cable Ezy Bar Curls x of 15-20 reps (Bis)
Cable Rope Push Downs x of 15-20 reps (Tris)
Cable Rope Hammer Curls x 15-20 reps (Bis)
Cable Straight Bar Push Downs x of 15-20 reps (Tris)

Low Cable Concentration Curls – both arms
3 sets x of 15-20 reps

Cable One Arm Push Downs
3 sets x of 15-20 reps

You will see in this video when I am doing Triceps Rope Push Downs, I pause and drop the weight to get to the desired rep range I want to complete.
