LATE NIGHT QUADS 2016

Guys are always complaining to me, “My legs won’t grow!” And I bet you if they trained legs with me they, firstly wouldn’t be able too keep up and secondly, wouldn’t walk for a week afterwards because it will be the first time they are actually “training’ their legs.

Its easy to push weight around, it’s hard to grow muscle.

QUADS PROGRAM:

Leg Extension
1 set warm up
3 sets holding at top and lowering the legs slowly down x of 15 reps or to failure

Single Leg Press
3 sets x of 10-15 reps each leg

Leg Press
4-5 sets (raising weight) x of 15-20 reps or to failure

As a general rule you don’t want to raise your ass off the bench when you lower your legs. However this is also restricted by how flexible your hammies are. So stretch!

    how I got 30″ quads, I train my hams and quads on separate days, i train my hams on back day, entire back on one day. My gluteus benefit from the 2 workouts … measured its 48-50 ;’ round . It complements my 300 lb frame , one fay you will see it and see me
