Because everyone’s body is different the way you squat may vary from person to person. Here’s some basic rules that you should demonstrate. Keep your core tight and tense through out the movement, imagine as you take a breath in you are drinking cement that then sets in your core just before you lower you’re body into the squat. Keep tension in your legs on the way down, don’t just drop. When you are in the squat position re-activate your quads then push through them and the heels of your feet to bring you back up to the standing, starting position. Breath!
QUADS PROGRAM:
3-4 x Superset
Leg Extension x of 20 reps
Hack Squat x of 20 reps
Squats
3-4 sets x of 8-10 reps
Leg Press
3-4 sets x of 20-30 reps
Squats are a fundamental exercise in a body builders program. But you need to be careful not to injure yourself by properly warming up and knowing how to correctly perform a squat. And any time you alter the way you squat ALWAYS reduce the weight
