Machine Incline Press
3-5 sets x of 8-12 reps

High Cable Flys
3 sets x of 10-15 reps

In this workout I train in my “maximum weight” rep range 6-8 reps. When doing a “heavy” workout you can go down to a 4-6 rep range, even 1 rep!
