Triceps Rope Pushdowns x of 20 reps
Biceps Ezy Bar Curls x of 20 reps
Triceps Ezy Bar Pushdowns x of 20 reps
Biceps Rope Curls x of 20 reps

4 exercise Cable Superset X 3

Biceps Wide Grip Ezy Bar Curls x 10-15 reps
Biceps Over Grip Ezy Bar Curls x 10 reps
Triceps Wide Bar Pushdowns x 15-20 reps
Triceps Reverse Grip Pushdowns x to failure

Bicep Low Cable Concentration Curls (both arms)
3 sets x to failure

Triceps Cable One Arm Pushdowns
3 sets x to failure
