Like I’ve said before if you’re top heavy, keep walking. There’s no other indication of what a blokes character is like than when he has a massive upper body and chicken legs. *cough – looser!
I asked Josh to coach me so he could smash two muscle groups I wanted to concentrate on, my legs and my delts. In this video I take you through one of my leg sessions that stop me from walking up the stairs to get out of the gym afterwards…

QUADS PROGRAM
3 x Tri set
Hack Squat – wide feet stance x of 15 reps
Hack Squat narrow feet stance x of 15 reps
Hack Squat wide feet stance x of 15 reps
1 x Drop Set
Leg Press dropping weight 3 times x of 50 reps
1 x Pyramid
Leg Extensions Pyramid weights up and down
6 reps for 6 sets (3 rising, 3 lowering)
You need to push heavy weight to make big legs. But don’t ignore the benefits of high volume training with high reps, then combine the two and you will explode!
