After seeing 4 specialists the final verdict was that I don’t get surgery on my cock. The tear wasn’t as originally suspected from piercing hole to the urethra, what must have happened was my horseshoe ring has come out 3 quarters from the pierced hole on the bottom of my cock, this is what has gotten caught on the bloke’s harness.
