Rogan takes a Molloy Fitness Bench Press Challenge “Bark!”

10 kilos each side Bench Press. Sounds piss weak? Try doing 10 sets going from 10 reps down to 1. Repeat that drop set twice. You wont be able to move your arms afterwards and your PEC PUMP will be huge. Then go down and do it again… only because I’m the FLEX! i went up to 20 kilos each side and this is what happened….
