I have written out a fortnight weight program for me and Skip. It involves working our delts 3 times in the fortnight. Twice heavy and one time light. This is an example of a “heavy’ workout. Special thank you to MBS for allowing me to film in their gym
This year I am training harder by doing less exercises and focussing on the few exercises I am doing. Also adding a lot of super sets and drop sets. You see me apply this to my pecs and tris in the workout.

If you have weak body parts you need to target them. I want bigger hammies, delts and calfs (I want bigger everything! But these need special attention.) so I often train them on their own and again grouped with another muscle group. I always train Hammies with something else. In this workout I train all three weak body parts together.
