Did I tell you guys I stacked it in the UK when I was there. Totally fucked up both my hammmies and my right delt. Is this what old age is? I seem to keep getting these injuries. Though the abscess in my knee on NYRS was not my doing! Anyway its back to bands at home for rehab.
