I have had a pretty stunted start to ´26. Besides my continuing struggles with depression and motivation. I couldn’t walk for all of January after an abscess was removed from my knee on New Years Eve. And I recently strained both hamstrings and my right shoulder in a stack I had while I was visiting London last month. So… my initial enthusiastic idea of finally getting back to the gym and smashing it like I used too has not quite happened. BUT I started back last week and am now more determined than ever!

Have a told you my dream of having a home gym. It started when I was stuck at my mums in ´24 back in Aust, making a home gym in her shed with what was left over from my Dads fitness studio and what I found online. I fkin loved it. train when I want and in the nude when ever i want. ad think of the filming possibilities!?!

Did I tell you guys I stacked it in the UK when I was there. Totally fucked up both my hammmies and my right delt. Is this what old age is? I seem to keep getting these injuries. Though the abscess in my knee on NYRS was not my doing! Anyway its back to bands at home for rehab. I love using my bands and it is my dream, the next pad I rent or (God forbid) own will have a home gym!
