Skip and I give our GUNS a MASSIVE PUMP! This is an easy super-set that you can do with a training partner or alone (Makes it harder.)

Barbell curls using an EZ-curl bar. Pick a medium weight and do 10 reps with a wide grip. Pass the weight to your partner and he does 10 reps wide grip. He passes it back to you and you do 10 reps close grip and pass it back to him and does 10 reps with a close grip. You can also alter your grip as shown in this video, there are no rules to how many sets or reps you do – go to failure!
