I got to catch up with this champion of a man and animal in the gym MOLLOY from Molloy Fitness when I was in London last year and we smashed the iron at SQUATS GYM.
Pick a weight and do 10 reps. Take a slight pause. Then do 9 reps, pause 8 reps… all the way down till you do 1 rep. The heavier the weight you use the harder this will be. This is good to start your chest workout with to warm up and pre-exhaust your pecs. Or end your workout with to get that last huge pump into those pecs.
