I met MOLLOY in 2015 at a local bodybuilding gym where I was staying in south west London. After a few minutes of talking with the guy I knew a few things. He was as mad about bodybuilding as I was, he was as keen to inspire others like me and he was a crazy FKR and a really good bloke.

It wasn’t till a year later in 2016 that we finally got to hit the gym floor together and ‘cause some havoc!

Its no secret I’m obsessed with getting MASSIVE delts and calfs. I often train delts twice a week focusing one session mainly on mid-delts by doing a shit-load of different lateral exercises as I do in this video. Throwing in some barbell shoulder press to go heavy and hard. I stop when I can’t raise my arms any more.

As I say I this video, the judges of my first bodybuilding comp earlier this year, that I won, said my weakest body part was my “Guns”. In London at MUSCLE BULL GYM I’m rectifying this by literally SMASHING the SHIT outta my Biceps. By the end they’re so pumped I can’t bend my arms.

NEW VIDEO!- 2015 WORLDS GYM in KOH SAMUI – GUNS

When I shot these videos in Koh Samui I was 100 kilos for the first time. I was also very “thick”. This look was as closest to a “Bear” as I’ve ever gotten and I FKIN loved it. Then I got down to 88 kilos when I competed in March in 2016 and am now on my way to my ultimate weight goal, 110 kilos! I won’t get as thick as I am in these videos as I’m concentrating on gaining heavy but hard muscle to be the ultimate MUSCLE BEAST! We all work harder when we are challenged or are striving to achieve a goal. Find what that is for you and use it to become better than you are today.
