If you want to just BLOW OUT ur arms and don’t have much time to spend in the gym, here’s a “Hit ‘em Hard and Hit ‘em quick” routine.

Superset ur BIS and TRIS. We are working towards volume not weight. (ie – large sets not heavy kilos.) What exercises you do and in what order is completely limited to your imagination. You will achieve a massive pump and walk out of the gym looking like Popeye.

Massive thank you to BOOM! BOOM! aka DJ LUCAS FLAMEFLY, for filming me and V35

Last Saturday on the 19th March I entered the Novice Bodybuilding division at the Arnold Classic Australia and placed 2nd. The entire 3 weeks leading up to this competition after my win at the IFBB Melbourne Champions has been documented in the film “the ROAD to ARNIE” available at my bodybuilding page.  A no-holds-barred look at my competition prep and my life for those three weeks.

Here are the pics from that Saturday and how my body came in on competition day.

MY NAME IS MY NAME

On the 28th February I walked onto the IFBB Melbourne Championship stage and came 1st in the Novice Bodybuilding division and my very first ever bodybuilding competition. This was a qualifier for the Arnold Classic that is on the 19th March. But this day was much more important to me. My father was a professional bodybuilder and always wanted to see me compete. Even though he passed in 2015 here remains in me and everything I do. I haven’t spoken a lot about my father but lets just say I am my father’s son and he is the man that has had the biggest influence and made the biggest imprint on me and the person I am today.

That trophy was for you dad.

The next one at the Arnie Classic, that one I’m doing for me…
