NEW VIDEO!- Lockdown Quads

I keep getting asked how have I managed to maintain my size during these lockdowns. Over Covid I managed to set myself up with a basic home gym that includes a Bench (Inclinable), Barbell racks, 1 x barbell 2 x dumbbells, 2 x 20 kilo plates, 4 x 10 kilo plates, 4 x 5 kilo plates, 4 x 2.5 kilo plates.

Since being in lockdown I have had to go back to classic squats. Something I stopped doing a decade ago due to a hip injury. I am limited to how heavy I can go so instead I attack my legs with high reps and super-sets. The idea is to get a massive pump!

This delt workout is the first in a series of lockdown workout videos showing you what I do and what you can do in your home even if you don’t have any gym equipment.

This month at my Bodybuilding page I start my Lockdown Workout series. Where I show you how I manage to still look like a muscle GOD, even during lockdown with my small home gym. I also give you tips on how to train yourself even with no gym equipment. AND I workout in my JOCK Silky Briefs that only just managed to conceal my huge junk and my famous gold skimpy bodybuilding posers!
