I swear by lateral raises! These are the most important exercise in my Delt workout. As you can see in this video I can do an entire workout with just this one exercise and the platitude of different ways you can perform them.
Play around with weight, with reps, with drop sets and supersets. Bring your arms out to the front more (for front delts). To the side (for mid delt) – which I do mostly in this video as I am obsessed with getting cartoon “Boulder Shoulders!” Or to the rear (for rear delt). Feel how your shoulder muscle reacts and watch them engage in the mirror, this will help you understand your body better and what works and doesn’t for you.
When I find myself at a gym that doesn’t have the weight that I usually push I have to approach my workout differently. This video is a prime example of using pre-exhaust techniques to still get the same pump and benefit you would as using heavy weights. Also, I use supersets and drop sets to achieve the same effect.
If you educate yourself there is never any reason you can’t walk into any kind of gym and SMASH IT!

Honestly, the number of guys who think sticking steroids into their ass miraculously makes them look like me is FKIN mind-blowing. The fact that they are asking “What juice you on brah?” or “What weight you benching bro?” instead of educating themselves on how to train and eat correctly to maximize growth and size tells me straight away they’re FKIN clueless.
You wanna look like me or better or bigger than me or even half my size, USE UR FKIN BRAIN! Everything you need to know is online, or at least there are enough online videos from guys like me who wanna tell you what to do or show off what we do to get you started and on the right track… Then ask the guys you wanna look like for advice or get a coach.
BUT the main thing I’m trying to stress here is it’s not how much shit you’re pumping into your body or lifting, it’s what you’re doing and how you do it. Start with the foundations and then build up from there.

Every now and then I throw in a big high volume superset when training any muscle group. In this video, I throw in 3 supersets targeting upper, mid-overall and lower pecs. By the end of it, my chest is about to burst outta my skin and I am truly FKED! But not enough to stop me stripping down to my jockstrap and hitting a few poses…
